Vidhisha is a Principal leading the M&A and Deals Team at Perigeum Capital, where she brings a wealth of expertise in deal structuring, financial modeling, and valuation. Vidhisha guides clients through M&A transactions, strategic exits, and high-value deals across commercial real estate sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and hospitality. Since joining in October 2018, she has contributed to a wide array of transactions, including capital raising, valuation exercises, business plans and financial modeling. She combines strong product knowledge with a proven track record of successful transactions, delivering value-driven solutions for her clients.

Vidhisha’s recent achievement includes a debt issuance USD 25 million in February 2024 in the Mauritian capital markets – this endeavor was on behalf of a Group managing a diverse portfolio of investment properties spanning real estate, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. She was also involved in the successful debt raise of USD 25 million in November 2021 for an investment holding entity which invests into completed, high quality commercial real estate assets.

Vidhisha is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
