Rukhsaar joined Perigeum Capital in July 2017 and currently leads the Listing & Capital Markets Solutions Division. She has played a pivotal role in the successful listing of a diverse portfolio of companies across the Official Market, the High-Growth Segment, and the Development & Enterprise Market (DEM) of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM).

In her strategic advisory capacity, Rukhsaar guides clients through complex corporate actions, ensuring seamless execution aligned with regulatory standards and market best practices. Additionally, she serves as the firm’s Compliance Officer, where she is responsible for upholding Perigeum Capital’s rigorous standards for regulatory adherence and client integrity.

Rukhsaar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mauritius, is an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
