Rukhsaar began her career with Perigeum Capital in July 2017. Currently, she plays an integral role in the operations of the dynamic Listing & Capital Markets Solutions division, where she has been actively involved in the successful listing of a diverse range of companies on both the Official Market and the Development & Enterprise Market of the SEM. She also serves in a strategic advisory capacity, guiding the implementation of a comprehensive array of corporate actions for listed clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and market best practices.

Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of compliance functions, including thorough client onboarding processes, where she upholds the firm’s standards for regulatory adherence and client integrity.

Rukhsaar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mauritius, and is an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA).
