With a dynamic background that includes contributing to the growth trajectory of a Canadian unicorn company through strategic acquisitions and serving on the credit committee of a peer-to-peer lending platform, Krystel brings a unique blend of expertise and innovation to every project she undertakes.

As the driving force behind the Corporate Finance division of Perigeum Capital, Krystel’s expertise spans the entire spectrum of financial services, from intricate deal structuring, debt & equity advisory and finance raising to comprehensive valuations and dynamic financial modeling. Her ability to anticipate market trends and navigate complex challenges with finesse has positioned her as a trusted advisor and partner in the dynamic world of corporate finance.

Recent achievements include a bond raise of USD 25M for a major group company holding Investment properties as well as conducting valuations for a variety of companies of different sizes, sectors and geographies. Krystel has extensive experience in buy & sell side due diligence in the context of acquisitions, including in the financial services sector.

Krystel is a CFA charterholder and has a masters degree in Accounting and Finance from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires, France.
