By combining legal knowledge with a solid understanding of financial markets, she plays a key role in guiding clients through corporate actions and capital market transactions, from initial structuring to final execution. She works with a diverse portfolio of listed entities across the Official Market, the High-Growth Segment, and the Development & Enterprise Market (DEM) of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM), ensuring each engagement runs smoothly and aligns with the applicable regulatory framework.

Keshini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mauritius and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial and Commercial Law, strengthening her expertise at the intersection of law and capital markets.
