Darren joined Perigeum Capital in July 2016 and currently heads the Listing & Capital Markets Solutions Division, where he primarily advises on listing applications and corporate actions for both listed and unlisted clients. With extensive experience in the Mauritian capital markets industry, Darren has been actively involved in the listing of multiple companies on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) since 2011.

His earlier career in fund administration allowed him to advise on fund structuring, compliance and regulatory matters, as well as drafting of legal documentation. This background has provided him with a well-rounded skill set that is helpful in his other role as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer of Perigeum Capital.

Darren’s role at Perigeum Capital showcases his deep expertise in both the technical and regulatory aspects of capital market operations, as well as his ability to navigate complex cross-border listings and corporate actions.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mauritius and a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law (LLM) from the University of Kent.
