The Notes were credit rated and listed on the Official Market of the SEM in November 2021.

Acted as Project Manager & Coordinator for the Scheme of Arrangement implemented by ABC Corporation Ltd in order to segregate its banking operations from its non-banking activities; and the migration of the ABC Group from the Development & Enterprise Market of the SEM to the Official Market.
