Perigeum Capital is a corporate finance advisory firm geared towards providing businesses with the insights and expertise required for the successful planning, structuring and execution of transactions falling within the scope of their respective strategic objectives.
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals who are eager to take on new challenges for the position of Analyst / Senior Analyst within our Listing & Capital Markets Solutions team as from
start of 2026.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing pre‐IPO analysis of companies;
• Elaboration and preparation of listing application pack and listing documents for different securities exchanges;
• Assist with the drafting of Listing Particulars, preparation of Business Plan and other ancillary documents relating to IPO;
• Liaising with the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and other Regulatory Authorities;
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ongoing obligations and disclosures as per the SEM Listing Rules, the DEM Rules, the Securities Act 2005 and other relevant laws and regulations;
• Assist in special projects or corporate actions of listed / unlisted companies;
• Assist the compliance officer in maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned, including ad hoc tasks and responsibilities, to support the smooth operation and success of the team.

Academic background, Skills and Experience required:

• Degree in Law and Management/ LLB(Hons) or any equivalent qualifications will be an advantage;
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the financial services sector;
• Proven track record of good drafting skills and strong analytical skills;
• Good client facing skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, while having an eye for details and having a commitment to accuracy;
• Fluent in English and French; and
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
