Amiir is a finance professional and a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute. He began his career in auditing, where he gained hands-on experience in financial reporting and consolidation. He later transitioned into corporate finance, gaining exposure to valuation engagements and the strategic evaluation of business models across a range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, asset management, real estate, and manufacturing.

At Perigeum Capital, Amiir serves as a Senior Financial Analyst within the Advisory department. He has worked on company valuations across various sectors such as logistics, agriculture, and others. His responsibilities include building and reviewing financial models, conducting market and industry research, performing detailed financial and valuation analyses, and supporting capital raising exercises.
